18 teams will not make the playoffs each season. From these 18 teams the 2 teams with the worst record will play each other in the Wooden Spoon Game. The remaining 16 teams are entered into the Non-Playoff Cup, which runs alongside the playoffs. Games are determined randomly and the winner of a game will progress to the next round. The winner of the Non-Playoff Cup will receive a discount for the following season in Neutral Zone.
