Online Help - Gameplan
The way the gameplan works is that you, as coach, select a play for a game criteria, depending on field position, down and distance. The default gameplan grid is for the "Normal" game condition..
You can select your Offense or Defense gameplan by clicking on the option buttons to the right of the grid. This switches your gameplan view from Offense to Defense. Your available plays are shown in the white part of the screen in the bottom left of the screen. Double clicking on Offense or Defense lists the formations that are avalible to you. By further clicking on a formation, you will get the option of Rush Plays or Pass Plays. Clicking on one of these will list the Rush/Pass plays that are avalible to you from the formation selected. Click on a play and its details are shown in the Selected Play part of the screen to the right of the screen. There are two buttons which allow you to view the play selected, or to view the play statistics for the selected play. To place the selected play in your gameplan simply double click on the grid and your play will be inserted at the field position and down situation that the grid relates to. Should you wish to remove a play from the grid click on the play and press the DEL key. You can set up different play calls for different game conditions. You must first have your game conditions set-up. To put plays in the gameplan grid for your condition select the condition from the conditions dropdown. Rushing plays and defensive plays geared towards stopping the run are shown in Blue on the grid. *** NOTE : The 'Normal' gameplan grid must be filled for both offense and defense on weeks that your team has a game. *** Saving and Loading
You can save and load your offense and defense gameplans by clicking on the SAVE and LOAD buttons at the top right of the gameplan screen. Clicking on the ADD CONDITION button will allow you to add a new gameplan condition. |
